Inside the home are spacious formal and informal living and dining areas, eight bedrooms, seven wood burning fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, a butler's pantry, a fabulous, screened porch, a 3500-bottle wine cellar built from historic timbers, and a home gym. Room sizes are gracious and flow beautifully into one another over hand scraped oak floors with huge bay windows that capture the stunning, panoramic views and bathe the rooms in natural sunlight. Upper-level apartment with queen bedroom and second bedroom with full-sized trundle bed (sleeps 2 adults or 4 small children), shared bath, large living area, wet bar and private balcony. Lower-level media room with two king-sized murphy beds and separate bath. Additional amenities include six flat screen TVs with more than 80 streaming channels, full house sound system, seven zone geothermal heating and cooling. Six bicycles, two ATVs, two kayaks and a canoe are available on property. A private chef, food delivery and massage services are available for an additional fee. Nearby attractions include Washington, DC sites, monuments, tours, museums and culture.
