Virgin Airlines' Voyeur magazine said, "Trade To Travel is a trend that will change the way people travel. Swaps with TTT are on everyone's wish list." We are the world's most luxurious collection of vacation homes, villas, boutique hotels, resorts, spas, castles, chateaux, estates, penthouses, private islands and megayachts.

Elite Traveler magazine said, "Trade to Travel is the biggest news in the luxury travel industry since the advent of destination clubs." But TTT wasn't born after destination clubs. It was born before them. The founder of the first destination club, Private Retreats, partnered with TTT so that members of Private Retreats could enjoy TTT properties and vice versa. Today we partner with destination clubs and private residence clubs in over 70 countries.

If you don't own a vacation home, that's no problem. We offer a dazzling array of luxury rental properties at the guaranteed lowest rates and have arranged accommodations for celebrities like Tommie Lee Jones, Wesley Snipes and Robert Downey Jr. We would love to show you the same star treatment.

Celebrating Our 25th Year

Established in 1991, Trade to Travel was the first luxury home exchange as well as the first vacation home exchange, boutique hotel exchange, and non-reciprocal exchange for owners of luxury properties. Today we are the ONLY exchange whose members are able to enjoy private islands and megayachts on a barter basis.

Owners of many of the world's most outstanding hotels have been members for 10-20 years. The visionary owner/proprietor of Lumley Castle and Coombe Abbey in England, has been a member since 1992. Before most people ever heard of the internet, and before we did any advertising, he somehow heard about TTT through the grapevine when word-of-mouth crossed the Atlantic and he called to say, "I hear you ladies have a great idea."

The sorts of properties enjoyed by our members include:

Bon Vivant Villa, a nine-bedroom estate on Barbados with a staff of 14, including four (yes, FOUR) world-class chefs. It has been visited by The Queen of England and hailed by the London Times as "one of the world's most gracious getaways for the well-heeled." Bon Vivant's owner has been a member of TTT for 15 years.

The Park Hotel Kenmare, a magnificent manor house which is the "Best Hotel in Ireland" according to Conde Nast and Travel & Leisure. It was also named the #2 Spa in all of Europe. Its propietor has been a member of TTT for 17 years.

Cayo Espanto, a private island off the coast of Belize which is frequented by the likes of George Clooney and Tiger Woods. Members of TTT have been enjoying it at 90% savings since 2003.

The Presidential Yacht, USS Sequoia, was used by 10 United States presidents during their terms in office. Today it is privately owned and has been available to members of TTT for more than a decade. Cruise the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay aboard this 104-foot Trumpy yacht, dine in the salon where FDR and Churchill planned D-Day, and stroll the top deck where Nixon and Brezhnev negotiated the first arms-control treaty. Create your own history aboard the Sequoia by hosting up to 50 guests for a reception, business event or family gathering.

Welcome to Our World

Trade to Travel opens thousands of doors for you. The owner of "Casa Suenos" in Manzanillo, Mexico has enjoyed over 90 of his fellow members' properties.

We invite you to try to surpass his record!
